We look forward to welcoming you to PERIX HOUSE.
Your “holiday home away from home” PERIX HOUSE is our family business since 1987.
We run a budget aprthotel, a big house with 13 apartments suitable for 3 adults and up to 3 kids can sleep to Loft area ( the height there is 1.5m). Some apartments was renovated 2016. Also 11 studios with double beds or 2 single beds some with extra sofa is available for our guests. We can add an extra bed in all apartment and studios.
All of our apartments and studios have organized kitchen and WC. Some have 32″ smart TV or regular, A/C.
PERIX HOUSE has plenty of FREE parking, a BBQ area, free Wi-Fi , plus plenty of entertainment including a ping pong table, billiard and two gardens with toys for young children’s to play with.
Breakfast, lunch, coffees and drinks can be arranged. These can be served all fresco in our garden or in TV area where we play animation and movies all through the day and night.
Our place is very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by a small forest , with views of our gardens and the nearby mountains. From the top floor there are also views of the valley of Porto Carras.
PERIX HOUSE is located less than 500m from one of the best beaches on the with many beach bars and a beach volley court.
A Blue flag quality beach which has clear clean water, nice smooth sandy beaches and the shallow waters makes it safe for children to swim.
Besides the sea, you can enjoy walking or bicycle on our mountain or visit the beautiful countryside and many nearby beaches and other attractions , like water-sports, diving gold casino etc by car all within a
5 minute drive.
In the hot summers you will appreciate the cooler weather at PERIX HOUSE. On average we are at least 5 degrees C lower than the village of Marmaras. We are blessed to have a cool wind which descends from the mountain every night refreshing and revitalizing PERIX and making sleep easier.
Less than 200m from PERIX HOUSE, you will find the biggest Super Market in the area and the village of Neos Marmaras with its collection of excellent tavernas and a wide range of shops is only a short 10 minute walk away..
