Terms

  • Check out time: 12:00 am. Check in time: 14:00 until 20:00
  • Check out time 12:00 to 18:00 charged 50% of overnight value.
  • Check out time after 18:00 charged 100% of overnight value.
  • We offer the first day a tablet for mosquitos and a toilet paper. Next days guests must supply them.
  • Room cleaning every 2 days, change towels and linen every 4 days.
  • Wi-Fi is free.
  • Pets are allowed.
  • Siesta Time 14:00-17:00 & 01:00-7:00

Info

  • The water is not drinkable, guest must supply it.
  • Water is precious, don't wasted.
  • Rinse the sand from your body in the special shower you will found in the parking. Please dont clean it in the bathroom.
  • The garbage disposal is the large blue bin outside of the building.
  • Keep the area clean.
  • Please make sure all the kitchen items are in right place on the day of departure.
  • Do not throw paper into the toilet, there is a risk of clogging of sewer pipes.
  • Do not use towels for mats legs, do not throw them on the floor, there is a penalty for that.

Price List

  • Breakfast start from 8€.
  • Room service at your request, cost 10 € cleaning and 5€/person for linens-towels.
  • Air-condition is charged 5€/day.
  • Extra guests are charged at 10€/night.
  • Extra bed in apartment charged 10€/night.
  • Washing machine 10€/use.
  • Extra oven in apartment 5€/day.
  • Pets charged 5€/night.

Payment Policy

  • Payment on arrival day.
  • For valid reservation 30% of total amount must deposit.
  • In case of earlier departure we refund the 50% of the amount of the days have left. According to the article 8 of law 1652/ 1986 of Tourist and Hotel Legislation
  • Offers are not refundable.
  • Deposit for reservations are not refundable.
  • We reserve the right to charge any damage.
